HOW IT WORKS | |
Our consultations and strategies are tailored to your market and based primarily on firsthand research. We do not produce a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all pile of words so generic that it could be applied to any newspaper in the nation.
It’s not a fast or easy process – for us or for you. You will be required to work just as hard as we do. And, hence, the process will take several weeks to complete.
To keep our consultations affordable, we usually do not visit our clients on site (although on-site visits are available for an additional fee). Instead, we will rely on you to provide us with all of the necessary work samples, documents and other information we will need via e-mail, telephone conversations and traditional mail.
Here’s how the typical process works:
First, take the free “test drive,” as explained elsewhere on this site.
After that, if you are encouraged by the results and decide to move forward with a full consultation, you will receive a list - a long list and the first of several lists - of items we will need to begin our analysis of your publication.
Once we begin our in-depth review, we will have questions – lots of questions – and over the following days and weeks, we will correspond via e-mail and possibly the telephone so that we can move ahead.
Finally, the completed consultation will be sent to you. We will schedule a time to discuss the report at your convenience and will make ourselves available to answer any questions you might have at any point thereafter.
